How do I get a copy of my Engage Benefits Enrollment Guide?

What do I do if I forgot my Engage Information Center (EIC) password or username?

If you forgot your password, please go to the EIC Login page and click on the Lost your password? link.
You will be prompted to enter your username and email address.

Who is eligible to enroll for Engage benefits?

You
Generally, you are eligible for benefits if you are a regular, full time employee (expected to work at least 30 hours per week) as designated by your worksite employer.

Your Dependents
if you are eligible for benefits, you may elect coverage for your legal spouse, your dependent children,
your domestic partner and children of your domestic partner under plans with dependent coverage available, if certain conditions are met.

To be eligible for coverage you must satisfy the eligibility requirements for the plan in which you are choosing to enroll.
The above is a summary of eligibility. Please consult your plan documents for specifics on eligibility.

 

What if I don’t want to enroll in any benefits?

If you are not enrolling in any benefits plans with Engage, you must complete an Enrollment Waiver form online
or fill out the
Waiver Form-English or Waiver Form-Spanish and e-mail to OEBenefits@engagepeo.com or fax to 1-888-511-8743.

Note: If you don’t enroll during your enrollment dates, you will NOT be enrolled in any benefits under the Engage benefits program during the plan year indicated in your Enrollment Guide.
 

 

What if I don't want to make changes to my benefits during Open Enrollment?

If you don't want to make any changes to your benefits during Open Enrollment, you will still need to confirm your benefit elections online or by phone to continue coverage .
Remember, to continue coverage with an FSA or HSA plan, you must make a complete a new Enrollment Election each year.  

Note: If you don’t confirm your benefit plan(s) or a complete new FSA or HSA enrollment election during your enrollment dates,
you will NOT be enrolled in any benefits under the Engage benefits program during the plan year indicated in your Enrollment Guide.

 

How do I make an appointment with a Benefit Coach? What do I need? 

To schedule a call with a Benefit Coach, click here and submit the information requested.
Before the call, make sure to have the Social Security number and date of birth for any dependent(s) you wish to enroll. 

At the time of your appointment, the Benefit Coach will call you (from area code 727) and will:
Verify some personal information

Review the benefits available to you and your eligible dependents
Answer your questions
Enroll you in (or waive) the benefits you choose
Voice record your elections (takes the place of your signature on an application)

What if I need to change my appointment with the Benefit Coach?

To change a Benefit Coach appointment, please call 1-877-357-0782 (Mon. – Fri. 9 am – 6pm ET) to speak to a Scheduling Coordinator.


Do I have to speak to a Benefit Coach to enroll in my benefits?

No. You can review your Engage Benefits Enrollment Kit and enroll online at any time during your enrollment window.
However, we encourage you to speak to a Benefit Coach first to make sure you understand all of your options and make the best benefits decisions for you and/or your dependents.


When can I enroll and when are my benefits effective?

You can enroll for benefits once you complete your New Hire paperwork. Your benefits will become effective the first of the month
after the waiting period defined by your employer as outlined on your New Hire welcome letter.

If you did not receive your New Hire welcome letter, call the Engage Benefits Team at 1-888-780-8807 to confirm your effective date of coverage. 
Your enrollment window will close 10 days prior to your benefits effective date.
You will receive 2 reminder e-mails if you do not complete your enrollment prior to the enrollment window closing date.

Once your election is complete and effective, you will not be able to make any changes to those elections
unless you have a valid change in status (see the Making Changes section of your Enrollment Guide).  

How do I enroll online?

To enroll in your Engage benefits plans, you must first log in to the Engage Information Center and follow the instructions for benefits enrollment.

How can I confirm my benefit elections?

You can review and confirm your enrollment elections on the Engage Information Center 5 days after the employee enrollment period has ended.
